Shipping, Order Tracking & Deliverystions

We usually ship out all orders we have received in 7-14 working days. At the time of shipping the order, you will receive a text message, email and whatsapp from us with details the delivery partner and tracking ID, these can be used to track your order.
We work only with leading shipping partners in India to assure that your delivery experience is great! Our courier partner will send a text message once your jewellery is out for delivery. You will receive a call from the delivery person before they reach the delivery address.
Please note once we have received your order and processed it, we will not be able to change address. While we will do our best to change the address and help you out, please note that this is not an assured service. In such cases, we can try to put in a request with our delivery partner, but the final execution depends on them. So in case you've got your address or pin code wrong or want to change it, we recommend you to chat with our customer support team at +91 9818691818 and we'll try our best to help!
We work with some of the leading logistics companies for our jewellery deliveries. If you wish to receive your order on a specific day/time, we can send a request to our delivery partners, however, please note that this is not an assured service. Please also note that our delivery partners are unable to deliver on Sundays.
All orders placed on THE SILVERN are shipped through leading logistics partners in India as well as abroad. This helps us ensure smooth and timely delivery of your favourite jewellery :)
Yes, we deliver to almost all Pin-Codes Pan India. Hope it helped :)
Return is applicable only if the product is damaged supported with images of the damaged item. Please write to silvern.info@gmail.com for returns with your order id and images of the damaged item. Items can be returned within 20 days from the order date. Once a product is accepted for return, refund is initiated within 5-7 days. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable. We do not provide exchange services as our items sell out very fast. we require an unboxing video with no cuts and editing of the package opening. The video should include the opening of the mailing envelope to the defect being showcased clearly.
After your order has been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please note that we cannot provide you with any additional information than what your tracking shows
